1 In this agreement, the following terms shall be used in the meanings specified in the following items.

(1) “Services” shall mean the entire system (including hardware and software) of the site that has the functions necessary for customers to purchase products online.
(2) "User" means a person who can purchase products using the store.
(3) "Member" means a user who has registered as a member and has been approved by the Company.
(4) "Shop" means a virtual store that sells products.
(5) "Products" shall mean goods or services sold to users through the shop.
(6) "Sales contract" means a contract for the sale of goods or a service contract between the user and the Company.
2 Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, all dates and times are in Japan time.
3 In this Agreement, the headings of each Article are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
4 References to provisions shall refer to the provisions of these Terms, unless otherwise stated.

Article 2 (Scope of Application and Changes)

1 Users shall comply with these Terms and Conditions when using the shop.
2 The individual provisions and additional provisions that are separately posted on this site shall constitute a part of this agreement. In the event of any differences between these Terms and the individual or additional provisions, the individual or additional provisions shall be effective.
3 The Company may change the Terms at any time without the user's consent. If we change this agreement, we will notify you by posting the updated agreement on this site, and the change will be effective once notification is completed.

Article 3 (Shop Function)

1 The functions of the shop that we provide to users are as follows.
(1) Function to provide information such as products sold by sellers in online catalogs.
(2) Regarding the order information of users, we will accept orders for products etc. received by our computer system that manages and operates the shop.
2 The Company shall be able to add or delete the contents of the service function at any time by notifying the user, and shall not be liable for any damage to the member caused by the addition or deletion.
3 The user shall use the shop only privately and shall not conduct business using this service.

After you have selected the product, you will need to enter the information required for ordering and delivering the product, such as the addressee and payment method. (Member registration is not required.)

When your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details you have entered and your order. We are not liable for any damages caused to customers due to failure to receive e-mail from our shop.

The delivery method and the number of days for delivery may vary depending on the distribution situation, inventory and products.

Credit card or postpay payment is possible.

However, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless different product has been delivered, due to a shipping error or the product is defective.
If there is a mistake in delivering different products, shipping error or if the product is defective, please contact our sales representative via (aww-support@movedinc.com) within 7 days after arrival to notify us of the return. Please note that once the product is used it cannot be returned. We will pay the return shipping fee for any defective items.

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience. After the product has been dispatched, you will not be able to change your order for any reason.

A person who wishes to register as a member (hereinafter referred to as a "subscriber") shall apply for membership according to the procedures set forth below and other procedures determined by the Company.
(1) You must read, understand, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. In addition, applicants are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions by clicking the "Register" button on the shop's web page and expressing their consent to the terms and conditions.
(2) Please enter all necessary information (hereinafter referred to as “registration matters”) that we determine on the enrollment registration screen as necessary for membership registration, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, password, etc. The Company is not liable for any inconvenience caused by the applicant for membership due to incorrect or incomplete entries.

1 Members shall notify us of any changes to the registered items without delay in the form prescribed by the Company.
2 If the notification from the Company is not reached due to the member's failure to submit the notification in the preceding paragraph, the notification shall be deemed to have arrived.

The Company shall post the information registered by the user at the time of using the service and the matters subsequently notified to the Company and other self information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") in the "Handling of personal information" posted separately on this site.

1 When using the shop, the user must not perform the acts specified in the following.
(1) Act of filling in false content or act of impersonating another person
(2) Acts that infringe on the copyrights, trademark rights, or other rights of the Company or third parties, or acts that may infringe
(3) Act of ordering products without intention to purchase
(4) Act of delay in payment obligation
(5) Acts that interfere with shop operations
(6) The act of publishing or posting information (including, but not limited to, obscene or violent messages, graphics, audio, etc.) against public order and morals on the shop
(7) Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
2 The user who has committed such breach shall be liable for the consequences of breach of the preceding paragraph, and the Company shall not be liable for it.

If a member falls under any of the following, the Company may suspend or cancel the membership without any notice or notice.
(1) If you use your password incorrectly or let a third party use it
(2) If you interfere with the operation of the shop in any way
(3) Breach of any provision of these Terms.
(4) If the member does not proceed the payment by the due date for the goods purchased using the shop or any other obligations borne by the member in connection with the use of the shop
(5) If he Company determines that the member is ineligible

1 The Company may suspend or abolish part or all of the operation and provision of the shop without prior notice to the user if there is a reason specified in any of the following.
(1) When regular or urgent maintenance or inspection of equipment or systems for the operation and provision of shops is performed./span>
(2) In case of difficulty to operate or provide a service due to war, terrorism, riot, mayhem, labor dispute, earthquake, eruption, flood, tsunami, fire, power outage, or other reasons.
(3) When telecommunications carrier services are not provided
(4) In case the shop needs to temporarily suspend or stop the operation or provision due to operation or technology, or if the shop determine that it is difficult to operate or provide the shop due to unforeseen circumstances
2 The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension or suspension of shop operation and provision, regardless of the reason.

Our company shall not be liable for any damages (indirect or direct) by using the shop or by goods and services provided by the shop.

If a user causes damage to a third party by using the shop, the user shall resolve the damage at his own responsibility and expense and shall not damage the Company. If a user causes damage to the Company due to a breach of these Terms, the Company may claim damages against the user.

If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is invalid or illegal, the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect.

Any action relating to the use of the shop or the Terms and Conditions shall be taken to the exclusive court of first instance in the Tokyo District Court.
